@Arpit: we discussed the checklist in the last community meeting. These are
meant to be guidelines for feature developers to self-assess, it should not
be a roadblock, IMO.

Most of the items are probably easy to check off the list.

@Marton: A discussion thread would be helpful to refine the page. For
example: feature dev does not know how to get the Sonar numbers on the
feature branch, this should be linked from the comments section on the wiki.
