As promised the document is ready to be shared. There are tow versions,a ODT file and a PDF one that can be downloaded from the following link https://1drv.ms/f/s!AsMYmStvrJNJin9GvgxRst1AMk2c. There are Two versions, PDF and ODT just pick the one you want and download it. All comments and suggestions are welcome.
