We have a Vietnamese volunteer, Mr. Phan Anh (in CC), who recently
completed the Vietnamese translation and would be interested in
reopening and moderating the Vietnamese forum at
http://forum.openoffice.org/vi/
So, a couple of questions for the forum administrators:
- What are the steps needed to reopen the forum? Are you able to do it?
(pending consensus of course)
- And, more important, was the site closed just because of accumulated
spam due to insufficient moderation, or other reasons that need to be
addressed before reopening?
