I dont use Mac OSX, but OpenOffice is trying to recover a document
that was closed without correcty saving the work.

then went to Finder on the Mac, double clicked applications, right
clicked OpenOffice.org and clicked "Show Package Contents" Navigate to
Contents/Share/Registry/data/org/openoffice/Office and paste
Recovery.xcu
