Hi Sophie and all, In our case, Korean L10n, we've also used Sun Gloss and terminology of pootle. But it's not enough and there might be license problems. I asked about license of Sun gloss, but I don't get any answer yet.
So, these days I'm trying to make my own, big glossary not only OOo, but also most of FOSS programs such as GNOME, KDE, Firefox, GIMP, etc. I collected all po files from those projects and Launchpad of Ubuntu project and merged and arranged. In fact, I'm still working with it. The initial file has 2.5 million lines!! Anyway I use a media wiki. This is a demo site. http://web.mr-dust.pe.kr/wiki/ It will contain about 3-40,000 words and it could convert to gettext format or something else easily.
