In the source tree it's i18npool/source/localedata/data/gl_ES.xml You can browse it at http://svn.services.openoffice.org/opengrok/xref/Current%20(trunk)/i18npool/source/localedata/data/gl_ES.xml For changes, the best would be to download the file, make a backup copy, do the modifications, create a diff -u against the backup of the original, and attach the diff output to an issue submitted for the l10n project, subcomponent localedata, and set the issue type to PATCH.
