OOo doesn't directly use the Unicode files, but through means of the ICU libraries that will pull them in with a future upgrade. There's no schedule for an ICU upgrade in OOo. Just to give a heads-up in case someone wants to review the changes in the Unicode Standard or test the new data files in a modified ICU.
