OK, you're absolutely right. I hadn't run the configure script properly
and it was complaining about lack of mozilla source code. Apologies for
bothering people!
I've now built everything successfully and have it up and running in
Kinyarwanda, so it's all systems go. Pity I don't actually understand
any of the user interface in that language myself but that's a minor
issue!
