Hi Stephen,
don't worry about the patches, they are already included. There are also
already rw localisations merged into the source code during one of the
last releases.
The absence of those *rw.res indicates that you don't activate building
rw resource files ... Please verify your WITH_LANG variable again!
$ tcsh
$ source LinuxIntelEnv.Set
$ rehash
$ echo $WITH_LANG
outputs still "fr rw" ?

No, there's nothing of that nature. I didn't see it in the l10n
instructions. Can you give me a pointer to a website that can help me
form them? I'll have a look for the patches needed tomorrow morning
too.
