Thanks for stepping up Konstantin! Yes, I'd be up to serve as a mentor as
well.

I assume the set up is similar as for Google Summer of Code (GSoC).
For GSoC the whole Apache Software Foundation applied as an organization
(not every individual project).
Hence, there should be only two organizers for the ASF and a bunch of
mentors for each project.
We would need to coordinate with the other projects that participate.

@Aizhamal is that correct?

Also, for GSoC, Google grants a certain number of participants per
organization.
IIRC these spots were then distributed among the interested projects.
So even if the ASF is accepted as an organization, it would not be
guaranteed that the Flink project would get a technical writer (+ we also
need to find somebody who is interested in working on Flink's docs).
