Which is why the advice was to add it to the LICENSE file. While it's not mandated by the Apache license, it may be a legal requirement to acknowledge copyright. The only way to be be sure would be to ask Google. As acknowledgment is easy done and doesn't involve asking Google lawyers I think that's the easier path - don't you? Justin
