I would bet those stubs are still in there from when a portion of the Flex SDK required a licensing. You used to have to pay extra to get access to mx.charts.* and a few other items that we now get as a part of the Apache package.
If you didn't compile it with the right version of Flex Builder, the components would show a watermark. If you didn't have FB installed and were compiling it from the command-line, you couldn't use the charting components at all. -Nick On Wed, Mar 19, 2014 at 9:43 AM, Maurice Amsellem < maurice.amsel...@systar.com> wrote: > There is something that disturbs me in what you said: > > Since Adobe has donated Flex and the compiler to Apache, but still own > Flash Builder, > I find it strange that they would still rely on some hidden feature in the > compiler to check the license of the software that they still own. > > WDYT? > > -----Message d'origine----- > De : Alex Harui [mailto:aha...@adobe.com] > Envoyé : mercredi 19 mars 2014 14:37 > À : dev@flex.apache.org > Objet : Re: ILOG Elixr compatibility > > Good question.
