Yes, please delete swfobject from the repo.  Then at some point, add
downloading swfobject to the relevant build script.

I see, RAT doesn't handle Category A.  The practice in the other repos is
to only run RAT on the source package, not the results after building, so
I would change the build scripts to do that.
