Just create a JIRA issue to INFRA, they will handle your request. FYI: After you enable experimental CDN, you will need to wait several hours for China CDN cache refreshing each time you deploy the website. But if you visit your website through a VPN hosted in USA/India, then everything takes effect immediately. I think this is a side effect of the experimental CDN.
