+1, the developer meeting should be transparent and inclusive.
Uploading the meeting record and meeting minutes is the first step of
the process.

I think we still need to leverage the mailing list for the inclusive
discussion.
It could be much better if we have a mail thread for the feature
analysis and implementation design.
