I just found there is a License file of LICENSE-GPLv2-CE.txt in the
licenses directory.
It was introduced by the blow License.
CDDL + GPLv2 with classpath exception -- licenses/LICENSE-CDDL-1.0.txt
& licenses/LICENSE-GPLv2-CE.txt

After checking the explanation here[1], I think it's fine for us to use.
