I suggested involving the entire Commons community because component
names affect the whole of Commons - they are all in the same
namespace.

Also, was not sure if there are any implications for the ASF - for
example I assume Commons cannot suddenly decide to rename itself
without formal approval.

Sanselan was voted in to Commons via the Incubator; is the name an
important part of that?
