Yes, that will mess up history too. The following command:

svn move -m"Transaction => Dormant" oldurl newurl

where oldurl/newurl are the https: urls

should do the trick whilst maintaining history.

I can do that - just means deleting the Continuum entry and the Gump
entry from projects/commons-proper.xml (or whatever it is called).
