@chenBright — could you review this PR when you have a chance? It's green on all CI lanes and mergeable. All earlier review threads are addressed, and the previous `brpc_channel_unittest` failure is fixed (it was an uninitialized `bind_sock_action` in the `Call` copy constructor, now default-initialized).
