Due to some recent improvements, I’m not sure I see the value assuming that users are checking their email on their smartphones.
For the past few months we have been sending these post-verification emails: https://www.dropbox.com/s/nxsd186eg7ny883/Screenshot%202016-01-26%2014.03.26.png?dl=0 When users click “Connect another device” they are taken to this page: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/sync/ Which has (currently unofficial-looking) app store buttons. I’m all for shipping app store buttons in the actual post-verification email. Would that be better?
