I just tested it in my Netscape (4.7 under Linux), and since the Swedish version of the page is clearly indicated (in a meta http-equiv tag) as being iso-8859-1, I can *not* force Netscape to use Japanese encoding instead, so I can never see the Japanese characters at the bottom.
