That's very harsh, especially since either DM tries to address the NM problem, and in that case Bastian remarks and doubt stands, or it addresses another problem that is pretty insignificant and unconvincing to me, having a lot of secondary effects on the former. Can someone (AJ, Martin or you who are the current supporters) explain which exact problem this is supposed to solve please ? And if the answer is "it helps people who don't really want an @debian.org address neither vote rights to have upload rights" then have you some numbers ? because it definitely has repercussions on NM, which are unclear and definitely questionable, and I would be quite surprised that the number of people we're talking about are even comparable to the number of people going through NM. You may be embarrassed to answer, but calling peoples argument superficial and dubious looks like handwaving and evasion to me. -- ·O· Pierre Habouzit ··O [EMAIL PROTECTED] OOO http://www.madism.org
