Hi,
As one of the items we have discussed in the last two BoFs during
DebConfs, people in the team are interested in organizing a Debian Ruby
sprint in Japan. There we could get in touch with some upstream
developers and also tighten our relations with the big ruby community.
I am Ccing Hideki here. I talked to him during DebConf this year, and
since he is planning to host a DebConf in Japan, he thinks a MiniDebConf
could be a good step to get prepared to what comes next. This could be
an opportunity for us to organize a sprint before/after this
MiniDebConf. I am sending this email to kick off this idea and see what
Hideki has in mind, if there are any plans more or less defined.
Hideki: could you share your thoughts about it with us? :)
