Dear Graham, Thank you very much!
We have a question about https://qa.debian.org/excuses.php?package=r-bioc-tcgabiolinks ; the CI for this package has never passed on ppc64el, so we are confused as to why this is now holding up migration. Likewise for https://qa.debian.org/excuses.php?package=r-bioc-rhdf5 ; the s390x CI has never passed here either. https://ci.debian.net/packages/r/r-bioc-tcgabiolinks/testing/ppc64el/ https://ci.debian.net/packages/r/r-bioc-rhdf5/testing/s390x/ On 09/09/2024 10.33, Graham Inggs wrote:
Hi Michael r-bioc-biocgenerics [1] has migrated and r-api-bioc-3.18 is gone from testing. From the release team's perspective, this transition is done. There are still some packages that were not in testing for the transition. Please check the transition tracker [2] for "good" packages marked "sid only", Another place to check is the r-pkg-team DDPO page [3], and search for "Excuse". I spotted a problem with r-bioc-golubesets [4], which still needs a source-only upload.
