While we are waiting for the last of the 32-bit package removals to be finished, I need to flag an issue.
https://qa.debian.org/excuses.php?package=r-bioc-biocgenerics All of these test failures are for architecture independent packages from testing that depend on architecture specific packages that we no longer build. Likewise for - https://qa.debian.org/excuses.php?package=r-bioc-biobase - https://qa.debian.org/excuses.php?package=r-bioc-matrixgenerics - https://qa.debian.org/excuses.php?package=r-bioc-preprocesscore - https://qa.debian.org/excuses.php?package=r-bioc-zlibbioc I attempted to fix this by uploading some revised packages with breaks on the pre-bioc-3.19 versions of the reverse-dependencies, but I'm informed that won't work. Please let me know if those "breaks" are harmless or if they should be reverted.
