I'm afraid I don't understand what your criteria are for determining consensus; I made my 9 X policy proposals on the same day. It looks to me like all of them have been seconded by a sufficient number of maintainers except one ("to build with X support or not"), and even that one hasn't been argued about lately. I really think that all my X proposals except the one qualify as accepted amendments. And even that one I think has passed muster, but I might need a reminder as to how exactly anyone thinks it fails to be an improvement over the current situation. -- G.
