Anyway, now I have sent it, I might as well complete what I was saying.
If you compile a foo based on the woody version of libbar, it could
enforce the dependancy on the woody version of libbar, hence pulling
in libbaz, too.
Obviously, this assumes you will be compling with the latest
development library from woody, and that is the reason I tried to
abort this post (not sure why it sent instead aborted).
