Thank you both for clarifying!  I was trying one last attempt by
providing changelog as a symlink to the CHANGELOG.org in hope that Emacs
could recognize the org format through the symlink, but apparently that
didn't work and it was still opened as plain text.  Not worth the
trouble.

So now I have renamed CHANGELOG.org to changelog and let dh_installdocs
do it's think.  The latest changes are pushed to Salsa[1] and newly
built package uploaded to mentors.  PTAL.
