My MUA (sarge's Sylpheed) does not support the Mail-Followup-To: field and hence I should set it manually for each message I send. I tried to do so, in the past, but often forgot to modify it for some messages, thus generating more mess than good effects, I think. Anyway, the code of conduct[1] does not mandate the use of this field, while it mandates some basic rules on replies...
