3D DRI acceleration for the Mach64 is pre pre alfa, and not do-able for
most of us mortals. Join the dri-devel sourceforge mailinglist for more
information, the last few days Mach64 has been given some extra impulse,
but it will probably take some time b4 it will become usefull.

If you want to play around with it, download the mach64-branch in the
CVS of the DRI-project. Compile it, play around with it, and it may
work, but quake 3 on a laptop is still a long way off (that is, if you
have a ati rage/blabla card :)
