Yes, this is because the shared runner is not enabled by default in all Go team packages. I enabled it now manually for this one repository (go-team/packages/gh). I proposed to enable it everywhere in https://lists.debian.org/debian-go/2025/01/msg00005.html and will proceed in a couple of days unless people voice concerns. Feel free to submit more Merge Requests on any idea/improvement you have. Updating the template in https://salsa.debian.org/go-team/infra/pkg-go-tools is also possible. The workaround you did seems like it could benefit all packages in the Go team. I will continue with more detailed replies in the Merge Requests you submitted, we can spare this mailing list from the minute details.
