I can review your Merge Requests and collaborate with you on a new gh version, including upload. Just fork it on Salsa and take it from there. Feel free to add me as reviewer on any MR you post, and we can then discuss each change in the MRs. For the CI take a look at https://salsa.debian.org/go-team/infra/pkg-go-tools/-/commits/master. The old CI isn't working very well, so it probably makes sense to adopt the general Salsa CI for this package now.
