Maybe a "free" version of Debian could be provided with all of
/usr/share/doc/*, /usr/share/man/* and similar removed? And of course
any references to FSF-provided documentation...

But I guess this also answers my other question: removing references to
non-free firmware to make them disappear is clearly freewashing.
