I really like this suggestion in principle.  The only drawback might be
that this mailing list will become quite heavy volume due to receiving
lots ot bug reports.  While it might be easy to deal with by using
procmail or other tools there might be people who do not like it.

I'm with you with the small doubt about a heavy volume list which might
scare away people who want to discuss development issues as we do now.
