Since mutt can pretty well sort out the BTS's reply, all Google needs to do is to fix their webmail to follow the Internet Standards that wer already there when that horrible company was founded. Otoh, they don't want to be compatible with the world, they want the world to adapt to them (see also their "spam" filters).
