I've read the blog post.
I think Joey's points are very consistent with our discussion here.
I hope it's not too much of a spoiler for my upcoming summary, but my
view is that we identified several areas in the discussion where dh is
not the right solution.
We'll probably identify more over time.
There will be good reasons for not using dh in a particular situation.
