What do you offer in case you are wrong and the people who are upgrading to GNOME 3.8 do not mind having systemd installed on their computer ? Bets are funnier if there is a concrete consequence with both outcomes. How about triaging 100 bugs of your choice for instance ? The problem is that, if it is too cheap to predict bad things on that list and be wrong, then the proportion of relevant messages on this list will decrease...
