Not yet, but I think we can do it. usually it is a copy paste from last year
announces, changing dates and location.

Any help is appreciated: What was confusing last year? What was missing?


Then we need to improve wiki (attendee point of view), and other practical
information on website (travel, etc.). But this is not a stop-over for initial 
announce.

Note: we (DebConf) have a pool of three titanpad: 17, 19, 20.  Now we are
using 17 and 19, but after an announce, you can recycle them for other
debconf tasks. (and you can add new pads to the pool, see debian wiki)
