There seem to be a wording misunderstanding here. After talking in IRC
this should have read something like this:
- No shortening possible because they will have already booked the two
weeks for us.

That is: we won't be able to short the booking *after* signing. So
we need to take a decision about shortening debcamp or not, now.
That leads to the question: if we shorter debcamp to something like
from Thursday 8 to Saturday 10, with DebConf starting Sunday 11. How
much money we estimate we would save?
