So, this is embarrasing, but there was a long-standing error in the budget spreadsheet (not summing everything; I never made structural changes in that part of the sheet so I never noticed), missing out on attendee fees professional fees. But some other costs have gone up a tiny bit, too, but overall, it is much better. Thanks to Henning for fixing this.
