The original plan was to accommodate people (80 in total) coming on the 7th
or after in Brandts Hotel near UCA.

Today we went with Norman to sign contract with the hotel and they told us
they'll be very glad to have us, but in two different hotels Brandts1 (near
UCA) and Brandts2 (~1km away). In Brandts1 they're offering us 12 triple
rooms and in Brandts2 we'll have 22 double rooms.

We inmediatly went to Seminole and asked if they could offer us more rooms.
Javiera (our contact at Seminole) told us they can give us 26 triple rooms
and 2 single rooms (for 80 people).

The difference in costs is ~USD2400 more for switching to Seminole.

Talking with ana on IRC, she points out that some of these people have
special needs or want (and payed for) a single room, so we may need some
extra rooms from Seminole. Ana is trying to have the room allocation list
ready today so I can send our request to Seminole so we can have everybody
on the same hotel.

Plan B is to have some of the people at the Seminole hotel and the rest in
Brandts1.

As I said in the other thread, we're on it, trying to find the best
solution for us. I won't say "don't worry", but it's not something to be
panicking about. Seminole has the best intentions to help us with this
situation and we'll solve it either with plan A or B.
