Last time I checked the Brazilian pool didn't have enough
money to reimburse everybody, but it seems that we know are able
to route money inside Brazil without the abusive taxes, if that
is true, than we should try to get SPI to route the money, and I
can help you organizing the reimbursements inside Brazil and
registering the details with DebConf Team.
