The window they offer is five days past either end of the conference dates, which I already defined as inclusively as possible to encompass DebCamp, DebConf, and the departure/cleanup day. Which reminds me, the first valid day is actually June 26, not June 27, despite my previous mail. The SkyTeam Global Meetings landing page has the correct info.
