No problem. If you do find a discount via SkyTeam Global Meetings, it would be nice to have a report of someone other than me (and especially not from the US) getting a discount rather than a price at or above published fares. The more info I have when I follow up with SkyTeam on the issues so far, the better. > BTW, there's a rumour that Taca will join Star Alliance as a full member > in the coming days ("April 2012" is the date I've read about). > > This is going to open a lot of new options that now are either too hard > to plan/coordinate or you have to buy as separate tickets, e.g. > FRA->MIA->MGA. That will be convenient indeed, yes. Our deal is with SkyTeam, not Star Alliance - the rules for Star Alliance's similar programs (they have two) are just different enough that neither one is a match for DebConf's size and model. TACA is apparently already code-sharing with United Airlines, so you can probably book that entire route via United today. - Jimmy Kaplowitz ji...@debian.org _______________________________________________ Debconf-discuss mailing list Debconf-discuss@lists.debconf.org http://lists.debconf.org/mailman/listinfo/debconf-discuss
