I rephrased the tooltip text and avoided the percent sign.

    Just tried it but it doesn't seem to work in terms of the output as
    a tooltip. Could you please check if the double %% would solve the
    translation issue? Maybe there is something different.

    In case of doubt I will remove the whole stuff related to that
    unused parameter.
