Addressed the review follow-ups:
- Added a server test for the running-job branch; running and finished
payloads are asserted to
omit `found`.
- Documented the marker in the EN/ZH v1 REST pages, which share
`JobInfoService`.
- CLI polling now tolerates one status-less 200 (the failover window on
older servers) before
declaring the job unknown; `found: false` still stops immediately.
- Rebased onto the latest `dev` (`1ce2d7815`).
Validation on the new head: `JobInfoServiceNullSafetyTest` 8 tests, UI
`detail.spec.ts` 3 tests
plus `vue-tsc`, Python SDK 10 tests, CLI `test_diagnose_cli.py` 29 tests;
`spotless:check` and
the engine-server `verify` pass. The previous Build failure was the unrelated
`mysql-cdc-connector-it (11)` timeout; CI is re-running on the synced head.
