   Classification: D / Connector-V2 BigQuery source capability.

I checked current `dev`, open pull requests, and recent connector history.
`connector-bigquery` has a sink factory and sink documentation only; there is
no BigQuery source factory, source mapping, source documentation, or competing
source PR. A single contribution lane is welcome, with no new third-party
dependency.

Please begin with a bounded source contract rather than reusing sink
behavior by name. The existing `BigQueryTypeConverter` maps SeaTunnel types to
BigQuery DDL and does not provide the reverse `FieldValue` to SeaTunnel mapping
required by a source. Define and test null, BYTES, NUMERIC/BIGNUMERIC,
DATE/TIME/TIMESTAMP, REPEATED, and STRUCT behavior explicitly. The option rule
must require exactly one read mode: `query`, or the complete `dataset_id` plus
`table_id` pair, with an unambiguous rejection when both or neither are
supplied.

Keep query execution, direct-table pagination, job cleanup on close, and
delivery/snapshot semantics explicit. Reuse the existing
`connector-bigquery-e2e` suite for the source path, add normal source
registration and packaging, and update EN and ZH documentation. Please link the
resulting one focused PR here; no label or assignment was changed in this pass.
