No, but I did install a high temp alarm that saved me one time we sucked a
bunch of seaweed into the intake at Port Colbourn.   I don't think there
would have been much difference time-wise in notification, This picks it up
off the rubber hose exhaust right where they mix, my engine never had time
to get hot. Pretty simple to install.
I have a new one to install on another boat, it is  from borelmfg.com
