Well, the impellor was the issue with pumping water.  It was badly chewed up 
and took about an hour to clear small bits of rubber.  Don't know whether I 
should take off the lower hose to the heat exchanger to flush the hole or not.  
That's a larger level of effort that replacing the impellor.An assembly 
question; does anyone put a lubricant on the plate or just the paper

in front from which to change the impeller unlike the newer model in the 
manual.  It wasn't that hard; easy to get at, just behind the companionway
