In my case the insurance company just let me keep the boat. I did not have to negotiate this they just offered. I think they are happier not keeping the boat. Then they don't have to deal with the boat. I'd guess it all depends in what they see as it's value on the market in the damaged condition. Dave. C&C 33 SLY Sent from my iPad
